-
Sign in to the Solution Provider Portal with your developer credentials.
-
Choose Get Started.
-
Complete the Business Information form.
-
For Receive PIN Through, choose whether to receive a PIN through SMS or Phone. Complete the CAPTCHA, enter your Phone number for verification, and submit the form.
-
When you receive the PIN, enter it in the One-time PIN field and choose Verify. After successful verification, your phone number is stored as a verification method. Choose Next.
-
Complete the Primary contact person information form and choose Next.
-
On the Point of contact information page, review your Basic Details and Primary contact person information. Choose Next.
-
Upload your supporting documents and choose Next to proceed to the Under Review page. The point of contact must provide one identity document and a proof of address. Acceptable documents vary based on country selection. A business registration document may be required for businesses located in certain regions.
-
On the top of the page, the status banner displays Identity verification is required. On the banner, choose Continue to proceed to identity verification.
-
The Identity Verification page opens in a new tab. Complete the form and choose Join video call (you may need to enable certain browser permissions to proceed).
-
On the Video Appointment page, speak with an Amazon Associate to go through the verification process. If there are errors with your submitted items, the associate will instruct you to correct the items in the previous tab.
-
After the call ends, return to the Under Review browser tab. To get the verification result, refresh the page (it can take up to five minutes for the result). If your verification is successful, the banner displays Verification was successful. If the banner displays Verification was not successful, you must restart the identity verification process.
