This change affects developers who write applications for sellers who have both of the following characteristics:
- The seller is enrolled in the VAT Calculation Service.
- Amazon creates invoices on the seller's behalf.
What action is required?
If your seller is enrolled in the VAT Calculation Service and Amazon creates invoices on the seller's behalf, evaluate whether the new invoice number format has any implications for your implementation. Make any required changes before January 1, 2025.
