Sellers can prove their GPSR compliance on their Account Health page
Sellers who sell non-food products in EU-based stores can prove their General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) compliance on the Account Health page. Sellers can refer to their Account Health page for a list of brands and offers that must be compliant with Amazon's GPSR policy.
Sellers must prove GPSR compliance by December 13, 2024.
Which stores are affected?
This change applies to the following stores:
- Spain
- France
- Belgium
- Netherlands
- Germany
- Italy
- Sweden
- Poland
Who is affected?
No action is required by developers. This change affects all non-food sellers in our EU-based stores.
What action is required?
If you are a seller, check your Account Health page for a list of brands and offers that must be compliant with Amazon's GPSR policy by December 13, 2024 and comply by adding the following:
- EU Responsible Person
- Manufacturer contact
- Warning and safety PDFs or images (or acknowledgement that this isn't required)
After December 13, if we become aware of non-compliant offers, such as those with invalid information or expired contracts, we will deactivate them.
