The Fulfillment Outbound API now supports MCF Orders for India

The Fulfillment Outbound v2020-07-01 API now includes the PaymentInformation attribute to support the India marketplace.

The Fulfillment Outbound API v2020-07-01 Use Case Guide and Fulfillment Outbound Dynamic Sandbox Guide now include a tutorial on how to create an MCF order for India.

This change affects all marketplaces. There are no changes expected for existing integrations. For the India marketplace, the following lists show the supported and unsupported operations.
